Refund policy
At Modishape, we aim for 100% satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully:
1. 7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
2. Condition & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Include the order number or proof of purchase

Be in the original packaging with all tags attached
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
4. Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
5. Sale items
Refunds are not available for sale or discounted items unless the product is defective or incorrect

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for a defective or damaged item, contact support@modishape.com for instructions.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items and issue a full refund or replacement. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
