Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Modishape. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping options, delivery times, tracking, and customs charges.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Processing includes payment authorization, quality check, packing, and handoff to the carrier.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer two shipping options for your convenience:

Delivery estimates include transit time only and do not include processing days.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier services.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update in the carrier system.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Modishape is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us at support@modishape.com and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Modishape is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with your local carrier or post office.
  2. If the carrier confirms loss or damage, contact us at support@modishape.com and we will assist with your claim.

Please keep all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.
